To keep everything smooth and enjoyable, we kindly ask you to read our policies before booking.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking; €20 will go toward the remaining balance. It must be paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. The balance will be paid in the salon.

LATE POLICY

10-minute late: Your appointment will be cancelled depending on availability. Depending on availability, the appointment will be attended, with a late fee of €10

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours before the appointment. If it is done after the time, the full appointment will have to be paid. IT WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED AGAIN UF THIS FEE IS NOT PAID.

UPON ARRIVE

The client will not be able to show up for the appointment with makeup, mascara oil, eyelash strips, eyelash glue, etc. If any of these products have to be cleaned, a cleaning fee will have to be paid.

PATCH TEST

If you are a new client you must make your appointment for patch test up to 48 hours before the appointment.
If patch test is not performed, the day of the appointment will be cancelled and reschedule.

GUARANTEE

The guarantee of our eyelash extension service is a maximum of 5 days, during this time the client must contact me for any displeasure, this will be fixed depending on each case. After this time, there will be no way to apply any guarantee.
